Chun críocha an Rialacháin seo, measfar gur sochar oifige aon suim a chinnfidh an tAire de bhun Airteagal 4 (2) (b) den Ordú um Pinsin an Gharda Síochána 1930 (a cuireadh isteach le hAirteagal 5 den Ordú um Pinsin an Gharda Síochána, 1965 (I.R. Uimh. 149 de 1965)).
For the purposes of this Regulation, an amount determined by the Minister pursuant to Article 4 (2) (b) of the Garda Síochána Pensions Order, 1930 (inserted by Article 5 of the Garda Síochána Pensions Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 149 of 1965 ) ) shall be treated as an emolument
